William David Webber

William David Webber, age 59, of Tecumseh, OK, passed from this life to make music with his Lord on August 14th, 2016. David was born in Oklahoma City, on March 15, 1957. He grew up in Moore, Oklahoma, graduating from Moore High School in 1975.

David was a gifted musician and an ancient soul. An affectionate father, son, husband and friend. He always had a laugh, a smile and a kind word for the people he loved. A silly personality, crazy jokes, and a love for overalls (which he was almost always in, unless he had to “clean up”).  Never one to dwell on old sorrows, he looked each day in the eye with a determination to make things better for his family and friends.

David is survived by his wife and love of his life for 20 years, Dian Webber. He is also survived by his mother, Shirley Webber, his daughters, Ericka Vanoni with husband Chad Vanoni, Luci McDonald with husband Madison McDonald, Lea Hopkins with wife Jennifer Hopkins, son Andy Hopkins with wife Crissy Hopkins, and his grandchildren, Miriam, Corene and Kael Vanoni, Brandon Anderson and Lindsay Holland, Destiny, Devyn, Courtney, Jayden, Erica, and Caillat Hopkins, Boston and Adia Prudhom, great grandchild Aubrey Largent and future great grandchild Braylee Anderson.

He is preceded in death by his father Jerry William Webber and son Jason Britt Hopkins. David leaves behind many family members and friends, who he blessed and enriched with his kindness and love of life. He will be missed every day, yet we will be forever thankful for the time we had with him and the memories of the good times we shared.
