Theresa Scruggs

Theresa Scruggs passed away on March 2, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 69.

Theresa graduated from Classen High School in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with the Class of 1972. She has also been a certified nursing assistant for many years.

She leaves behind two brothers and sisters: Robert D. O’Quinn, Patrick Joseph, and Gwendolyn Adams all of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Theresa also leaves to cherish her memories her nephews and nieces; Robina Truner and Melody Green of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Denese Haughton of Columbia, South Carolina, Gregory (Shirrhonda) Whittenberg of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Le Juan Joseph of Oklahoma, Robert O’Quinn, Jr., of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Pricilla Coopwood of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and a host of aunties, cousins, great great nephews and nieces.

The family thanks people for your prayers, moral support, and visiting her while she was in the hospital.
