Terry Lee Hunter, 62 of Blanchard, Oklahoma was born the oldest son of Horace Harvey Hunter, Jr.  and Nona" Radford" Hunter in Rapid City, South Dakota July 25th 1953.  His beloved parents and his younger brother H.H. Hunter, III, "Trey" were waiting to welcome him as Terry passed from this life on Thursday, April 28th 2016 at the Veteran's Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Shortly after Terry's birth the family moved to the Oklahoma City area.  Terry grew up in South OKC and graduated from U.S. Grant High School in the class of 1971.  Following graduation he joined the United States Air Force where he served for 11 and ½ years as a munitions systems supervisor. After his service, Terry returned to the Bridge Creek and Blanchard OK area where he worked as a truck driver and a truck and trailer mechanic.

Terry is survived by 1 daughter, Terri Lynn Hunter of Lake Havasu, AZ, 2 granddaughters, Angel Bethell and Maritza Romero, and 1 baby great-grandson. Closest relatives include Terry's nephew, H.H. Hunter, IV, "Rusty", of Bridge Creek OK – who was more like a brother-, great niece Alexia McDonald, and his Uncle Robert Radford and wife Brenda of Yukon. Other surviving Aunts and Uncles include Barb and Cliff Zimmerman of Lake Butler, FL; Joan Stopher of Mitchell, SD and Warren Radford of Austin, MN.  Terry also leaves behind many cousins, relatives and friends who will dearly miss him.

A Graveside Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK on Thursday, May 12th at 10:00 am.  All who knew Terry are welcome.
