Suzanne E. McGinnis
July 10, 1947 — August 25, 2017
Suzanne McGinnis passed away peacefully August 25, 2017 surrounded by her friends.
She was born July 10, 1947 in Oklahoma City, OK to Rusty and Evelyn McGinnis. She graduated from Bishop McGinnis High School and attended OU, where she began her lifelong love affair with the Oklahoma Sooners. Suzanne returned to UCO in her 40’s and graduated with a degree in Microbiology and Immunology, all while working full time for Xerox Corporation.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Mike McGinnis.
Suzanne is survived by her sister, Kathy Sine; her son, Todd Hudgins (Robin) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Kayla and Tyler; one great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. She will be remembered fondly by her countless friends and coworkers from Xerox Corporation, and most especially her best friend and primary care giver, Linda Dunn.
Services will be held Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the Resurrection Cemetery Chapel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
