Robert is survived by his beloved spouse, Ruthie M. Duhon; his daughter, Pamela Joyce Benford (Alfred Charles Benford Jr.); his daughter, YuShana Sellers (Willie A. Sellers Jr); five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
