Rita Faye (Boone) Lewis

Rita Faye Boone Lewis, age 68, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 2, 2021.

Rita Faye Boone Lewis was born February 3, 1953, to Willie and Maeola Boone of Jones, OK. She was the 4th child of eleven. She was a 1970 graduate of Dunjee High School and received an Associate Degree in Science from Rose State College.

Rita loved to sing and used her gift as a devout Praise Leader. Rita and her Husband, Apostle Edward Lewis moved to El Paso, Texas in 2001, ministered in Juarez, Mexico and started an outreach and soup kitchen to help the people of the colony called Carlos Chavida.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother Maeola Boone, three sons, Terry Hardimon(Jessica), Kenneth Brazille, and Travis Lewis, daughter, Julia Denise Brazille-Herd.  Grandsons, Derrick Allen, and Isaiah E.J. Brazille. Granddaughters, Cherrelle Wilson, Zamontria Walker, Kimberly Suetopka and Ahnina Hernandez. Great-grandsons, Kadan Thomas Jaden Wilson, Jayce Wilson, Calise Wilson, Grayson Allen, Koda Materne and Zuhair Robbin. Great-Granddaughters, LayleeAllen, Aliah Brazille, Chloe Wilson

Five sisters Linda Hunter (Henry Lee) Loretta Woody (Claude), Charlotte Franklin (Maurice), Cassandra Bradley (James), Zena Boone. Three brothers, Howard Boone (Frances), Julius Boone, William Omar Boone and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives.
