Ramona Nadine Harjo

Ramona Nadine Harjo Passed away on August 6, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 71.

She was born to Justine Libby Whitebead on April 30, 1951, in Pawnee, Oklahoma.

Ramona was a hard worker that was one of the first women to work on the highways, but her greatest accomplishment was rising her three sons. She enjoyed going to the casino and dancing. She made quilts and various crocheted items. She also enjoyed watching old televisions shows like Hazel or Bewitched and was a fan of Family Feud & Stranger Things.

Proceeded in death by her mother Justine Libby Whitebead, brothers Joseph Whitebead & Eugene Harjo, Uncle Levi Coody, and grandparents Cecil & Della Lessley.

She is survived by her sons Terry, Eric & Robert Harjo, grandsons Kozy & Ahse Harjo, granddaughter Angelique Shields, brother Samuel Whitebead, sisters Renee & Denise Whitebead, and Aunt Joyce Wolf.

May she rest in peace on her journey to her forever home in Heaven. She is gone but will forever be in our hearts
