Ore Millard Stephens, Jr.

Ore Millard Stephens, Jr. was born on September 11, 1939, to Ore Stephens, Sr., and Bertha Lewella (Stewart) Stephens in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He passed from this life on March 17, 2022.

Ore loved collecting trains, fishing, feeding the birds, trips to the casino, and spending time with the grandkids. Ore was a truck driver in the Army and continued driving until his retirement from Butler Brothers at the age of 75.

Ore is survived by his wife of 60 years, Doris Stephens of Oklahoma City, sons, James & Janine Stephens of Norman and Ore III & Karlene Stephens of Dibble, brother George & Elaine “Sally” Stephens or Oklahoma City, grandchildren, James “Bubba” and Brittney of Oklahoma City, Sunny of Sasakwa, Kadee, Kaci, and Karly of Dibble, great grandson Kendrick from Oklahoma City, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Ore is preceded in death by his parents, Ore & Bertha, sister Bertha “Bunny” Wood, and brother Henry Stephens.

He will be greatly missed.
