"Dearly beloved
We are gathered here today
To get through this thing called life
Electric word, life
It means forever and that's a mighty long time
But I'm here to tell you
There's something else
The afterworld
A world of never ending happiness
You can always see the sun, day or night......."
She lived on her terms and we are glad to have loved her, and that she loved us. She lived big and loved hard, said whatever came to mind or everyone was thinking, was bold, brazen and soooo much fun! That million dollar smile, those dancing-mesmerizing green eyes, shenanigans are to be treasured memories of times spent together.
In true Michelle fashion, we aren't having a funeral. If you want to gather a bit, see some family and friends, stop by Friendship Inn, Altus, from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, March 22. Come and stay or come and go. Let's not say "I'm sorry for your loss." but replace it with "I'm so glad she touched my life. "If you can't make it, just be generous in your next server tip, stand your hair up as big as it will go, drive some back roads, turn up some 80's hair band tunes, go fishing or just share in remembrance of her.
For the more traditional - her legacy is son Trevor with Jordan and Evelyn, daughters Constance with Zach, Katie with Corey, son Hunter James, daughter Emilee. She prided herself in being the Baby Sister to Leland, Becky and Melynda. She loved her nieces and nephews Joshua, Rena, John, Misty, Misty, Ladonna, Sean and their kids. She loved her people, and you loved her too.
Beginning Playlist: "Seasons in the Sun" by Terry Jacks, "Let's Go Crazy" by Prince, followed by hair band tunes--you pick. Let's get this party started, Rock On! Live Loud, Love Hard! "Never forget to dance in the kitchen."
