Mary Thanna Kendrick

Mary Thanna Kendrick, age 83, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away September 17th, 2023. She was born on February 29th, 1940, in Baldwyn, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Gurney and Bessie Shamil Harp.

Mary loved to go to garage sales and go to thrift stores. It was an adventure for her to hunt for treasures. She loved Bluegrass music. She could always be counted on for a laugh or two because of her amazing sense of humor. She never took life seriously and that created so many fun memories. Mary loved to watch Hallmark movies and have a bite of candy. She enjoyed nature and smelling the honeysuckle vines. She loved watching the deer and their fawns that came up.

Mary was known as the “Pie Lady” as she made pies for so many people. She also had the most delicious German Chocolate Cake.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth Kendrick, a daughter Pam Riley, and a grandson Joseph Kowalski.

She was survived by her daughters Linda Koop her husband Loren, Karen Barber her husband Jeff, Betsy Glavin her husband Reid, Honorary daughter Connie Moody her husband Marc, Three sons Layne Wallace his wife Susan, Roger Kendrick, son-in-law Hank Arnhart, brother Stan Harp his wife Linda, sister Cheryl Ritter; nine granddaughters, Zina Riley, Crystal Hernandez husband Ezequiel, Josie David husband Benjamin, Rachel Killins husband James, Elisa Glavin, Sara Woods husband Tony, Chelsea Koop partner Julie, Heather Dark, Chelsea Kendrick, Seven Grandsons, Corey Riley partner Bailey, Brandon Kowalski wife Jennifer, Stephen Kowalski, Jeffery Barber, Jason Nott, Clay Arnhart, wife Jessica, John Arnhart, wife Christy. Twenty-five great grandchildren, Abbie, Isaacc, Harvey, Jasmine, Benny, Mauricio, Calia, Harley, Gunner, Novalee, Jason Jr., Alli, Eli, Sopie, Tristen, Joannie, Brayden, Brendon, Isabella, Michael, Sylvia, Emeer, Marti Pearl, Zaden, Penelope.
