Marilyn Bohl Pittenger lived a life filled with love, laughter, and an unshakable spirit. Born in Oklahoma and raised in Arkansas, she was a storyteller at heart, captivating those around her with wit, wisdom, and warmth. 

A devoted mother, Marilyn worked tirelessly to provide for her children, Shannon, Shane, and Katelyn. She was a talented cook, a beloved teacher, and a natural host, creating cherished memories for family and friends. 

Marilyn found companionship in her husband, Gary Pittenger, with whom she shared a deep and lasting love. Her legacy of strength, kindness, and adventure will live on in the hearts of those she touched. Though she will be greatly missed, her spirit will forever be a guiding light to those who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life for Marilyn will be held Monday, March 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM. at OK Cremation & Funeral Home Chapel, Oklahoma City, OK.
