Margie Joan (Donnell) Odor

Born August 26, 1927, on a farm outside of Harrah, Oklahoma, Marge passed away on August 29, 2015, at the age of 88 after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents Margaret and Paul Donnell, her sister, Marla Lyne, and daughter, Kendra Odor. She will be greatly missed by her surviving children, Mike Odor and his wife Kathy, Marci Willis, DeLynn Fudge, and Doug Odor, all of Oklahoma City. She also leaves behind her baby brother, Paul Donnell of Palm Springs, CA, and many other extended family members and friends. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren Marge was a strong, independent woman, starting her own successful hair salon business in Oklahoma City. She was active throughout her life spending time with her children and grandchildren whom she loved. In addition, she spent time painting, gardening, cooking, and watching football and Thunder basketball! It is with deep gratitude that the family would like to acknowledge the physicians, nurses, and aides at Mercy Hospital that provided exceptional care during her final days. A remembrance service will be held on Friday, September 4th at 3:00 p.m. at the Noah’s Event Center, 14017 Quail Springs Parkway, in Oklahoma City. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Marge’s honor to Mercy Health Foundation Oklahoma City/Palliative Care.
