Manuel Gonzales at the age of 65 passed away on July 20, 2024. Manuel was born in Pleasanton, TX October 16, 1958.
Manuel is survived by his loving, honorable, and faithful wife, Jo Ann Walkup Gonzales, his beautiful and sweet daughter Sara Jo Gavin and her husband Ben Gavin with their children Bryleigh Gonzales and Prestyn Pitts. His courageous and intelligent son Austin John Gonzales and his wife Sarah Gonzales with their three boys Austin, Joseph, and Louis Gonzales. His caring brothers Mike Gonzales and Matt Gonzales alongside his wife Sulbiye Gonzales. And his loving and adoring sister Mary Moffeit. As well as many nieces and nephews. Manuel loved all his family, especially his five grandchildren, Bryleigh, Prestyn, Austin, Joseph, and Louis.
Manuel Gonzales is a kind gentle spirit. He always had a smile on his face and his love for his children was evident as he often spoiled them every chance he got. He is a faithful husband, a true man as he always provided for his family. Manuel enjoyed serving his community as a local butcher at Homeland. He enjoyed Sooner football and cooking on the grill. Manuel was an avid pool player. His great skill led him to join the Elk City and Ardmore pool leagues. Manuel always wore a smile on his face, making friends everywhere he went. He is dearly missed by his family, friends, and coworkers. The love that Manuel Gonzales has for his family will continue to shower upon them in this time of loss and grief as hearts heal with fond memories of Manuel. He will always and forever be watching over those he loves. We love you Manny.
