Larry Worth Bellows

Larry Worth Bellows, 70, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was born November 30, 1952 in Oklahoma City to Herman W. and Geneva L. (Briggs) Bellows. He passed away October 27, 2023 at his residence at the age of 70.

Larry married Cathy L. (McGee) on December 27, 1971. They had four children, Christy, Steve, Randy and Kevin.

Larry attended Monroney Junior High School and later graduated from Midwest City High School in 1971. He enjoyed Jazz band, Concert band and Marching band playing both the cornet and tuba. After graduation Larry joined the 95^th Army Reserve. Over the years he enjoyed street stock car racing, throwing darts, shooting pool, watching NASCAR and was a huge Oklahoma State fan. Larry worked in appliance repair and maintenance.  Most of all he loved spending time with his “grandgirls”, Brooke and Madison.

Surviving Larry are his children, Christy (Bellows) Durrett and husband Brad, Steve Bellows, Randy Bellows and Kevin Bellows and wife April; two granddaughters, Brooke and Madison Durrett; sister, Ann Judd and husband Richard; brother, Billy Joe Bellows and wife Susan; sister, Virginia LaNelle Lancaster and numerous family and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and daughter-in-law, Amber Bellows.

A Celebration of Life will be held December 1, 2023 from 5:30 PM – to 8:00 PM as come & go at Del City Church of Christ.
