Kelly Dean Reeves

Kelly Dean Reeves, lifelong Seminole area resident, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021 in Shawnee at the age of 61.

She was born January 20, 1960 in Seminole, OK to Robert Allen and Virginia Lee (Neese) Reeves. Kelly attended and graduated from Seminole High School where she was an outstanding baton twirler. Kelly married Scott Jones on March 22, 1976. She later married Gary Frederickson on October 18, 1986. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, enjoyed drinking coffee with a friend, shopping for a new purse, going to the casino, watching I Love Lucy, feeding the ducks at Sportsman Lake and loved helping others any way she could.

Kelly is survived by daughter, Courtney King and spouse David of Oklahoma City; son, Cody Jones of Seminole; daughter, Candice Jones and spouse Chelsea of Shawnee; daughter, Christy Lincoln of Shawnee; grandchildren, Taylor, Stevie, Ryan, Drew, Aubry, Cameron, Jazmine, Cody, Dominic, Jordan, Mason, Aaliyah, Gavin, Nathan, Emma, Cooper and Caitlynn; great-grandchildren, Grace, Maverick and one on the way, sisters, Shelly Holmes and Kim Kean, and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Virginia Reeves and a sister, Tracy R. Reeves.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 12:00 noon at Lord's Community Church in Seminole with Pastor Nita Moreland officiating. Dinner will follow services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cancer Treatment Centers of America or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
