Joshua Dean VanHorn

Joshua Dean VanHorn passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Integris Baptist Medical Center at the age of 32.
He was born March 22, 1984 in Midwest City, Oklahoma to James R. and Brenda (Tackett) VanHorn.
Josh leaves behind his two boys, whom he always looked forward to spending time with, Little Josh and Brandon. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Thomas VanHorn, Sara Mulroy, Dorothy Tamanaha, Shari Douglas, James P. VanHorn, Jennifer VanHorn and Jerry VanHorn; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James R. and Brenda VanHorn; grandparents and sister, Anne E. VanHorn.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Sunnylane Free Will Baptist Church, 4221 SE 41st, Oklahoma City. Viewing will be held at the OK Cremation and Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, Dec. 8 and Friday, Dec. 9 from 12:00-7:00.
