Joshua Del Turner

Joshua Del Turner passed away March 1st in Oklahoma City. Services will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, March 5th at the Church of Open Arms located at 3131 North Pennsylvania Avenue in Oklahoma City where Joshua was a member.

Josh was born January 25th, 1982 in Oklahoma City to Beverly Wood. He attended Chickasha Public Schools before making Oklahoma City his home. Josh worked as a salesman for the majority of his life. Whether it was automobiles, electronics or furniture, Josh could convince you that you needed it and that he was the guy to sell it to you.

Joshua spent his spare time with his two young boys, Karson and Karder Turner. Being a father was extremely important to Josh. He wanted to be a better father each and every day of his life. Some of his last words were of how much his two boys meant to him.

Josh also enjoyed working on his cars, spending time at the lake and hanging out with his friends. Josh made friends everywhere he went. He will be deeply missed by his many friends and his loving family.

Joshua was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bill and Wanda Bass. He is survived by his two sons, Karson and Karder of Oklahoma City, his mother, Beverly Wood of Oklahoma City, father, Donnie Parks of Chickasha, his brother, Jason Turner and wife Tiffany Carpenter of Canadian, Texas, his sister, Wanda Parks of Chickasha, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
