Joseph "Mikey" Michael Jones

Our beloved “Mikey” Joseph Michael Jones departed this earth on July 10, 2021.

Mikey was born to William Lewis Jones and Flora Rachel (Birdyshaw) Jones on July 30, 1946, in Phoenix, Arizona.

Mikey proudly served in the U.S. Army for ten years and did two tours during the Vietnam War. Mikey enjoyed car racing, horses, camping, fishing, and the great outdoors. Mikey worked as lineman for many years prior to his retirement. Mikey truly enjoyed life and was adored by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Mikey is survived by his spouse, Nancy Jones of Norman, Oklahoma, son, Michael Todd Jones of Surprise, Arizona, daughters, Tracie Renee Jones-Ball and Brandy Ellen Waugh of Norman, Oklahoma as well as Crystal Jean Waugh-Crisswell of Lewistown, Montana, grandchildren, Hunter Scott and Shelbie Lauren Jones of Peoria, Arizona, Corey Michael Koch of Tempe, Arizona, Kaden Michael and Kaige Ray Ball, Tristen Robert Jackson, Jayden and Gaven Duncan of Norman, Oklahoma, sister, Paula Williams of Phoenix, Arizona, brother, James Jones of Phoenix, Arizona and step-mother, Elaine Jones of Phoenix, Arizona.

He is preceded in death by his parents and spouse, Katherine Rose Jones.
