Jocelyn Carol Howell passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City after a courageous battle with liver cancer and kidney failure.
She was born January 7, 1957 in Oklahoma City to Gilbert and Sue Carol (Chaney) Howell.
Jocelyn is survived by one daughter, Jenny May; three granddaughters, Autumn, Hailey and Rainey; two sisters, Deborah Judge and Pam Silk and several nieces and nephews.
