Jacque Lynn Haffner, longtime Seminole resident, passed from this life on August 20, 2017 at Seminole Care and Rehab Center at the age of 73. She was born September 15, 1943 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Clayton Shipley and Luna Pauline (Satterfield) Shipley. Jacque attended Butner Schools.
She married Paul Haffner and he preceded her in death. Jacque retired from Met Life in Tulsa after many years of service.
She enjoyed crocheting, fishing, Thunder basketball and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include one daughter, Mona Good and husband Mike of Seminole; one son, Roger Cunningham and wife Betty of Seminole; six grandchildren, Adam Good of Seminole, Brittany Page of Antlers, Dawn Barnett of Durant, Krystal Anglin of Whitesboro, TX, Ryne Hoey of the Dominican Republic and Harrison Hoey of Seminole; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Jo Craft of McAlester, OK and a host of other family and friends. Jacque was also preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Billy.
At Jacque’s request, there will be no public service. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of OK Cremation and Funeral Home of Oklahoma City.
