Ivan DeWayne McClure, known to friends as "Tiny," passed away on February 11, 2016, at the age of 74, at his home in Moore, Oklahoma. He was born on September 12, 1941, on a farm in Olustee, Oklahoma, to Claude Ivan and Helen McClure.
He grew up in Olustee, Oklahoma, and graduated from Olustee High School in 1959. He served in the Army National Guard from 1961-1965. He worked several different jobs throughout his lifetime. Some of which included mining, grain operator, and oilfield worker. He considered himself a "jack of all trades, but a master of none." He started driving truck later in life and owned Tiny's Trucking Company. He retired from the trucking industry in 2007.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was greatly loved and will be tremendously missed.
He is survived by his ex-wife, Marie Miller, of Norman Oklahoma; their two children, Sheila Regalla and her husband, Michael, of Moore, Oklahoma, and Kevin McClure and his wife, Emily, of McKinney, Texas; his ex-wife, Grace McClure, of Spokane, Washington; her 3 children, whom he considered his own, Ronda Doty and husband, Sam, of Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Grace Bond of Wynnewood, Oklahoma, and Cody Golden and his wife, Kelly, of Spokane, Washington; one brother, Clayton McClure, of Lufkin, Texas; one sister, Darla Key, of Grandbury, Texas; 6 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 9 step-great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Claude Ivan McClure; his mother, Helen McClure; one brother, Melvin McClure; and one sister, Clynell Key.
Cremation services were performed according to his wishes and a private service will be held at a later date.
