Helen Fern (Cochran) Hall

Memorial Service for Helen Fern (Cochran) Hall, 87, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 17, 2016, at Sunnylane United Methodist Church, Del City, Oklahoma. Private interment will be in Highland Cemetery, Okemah, Oklahoma. She was born in Okemah, Oklahoma on July 5, 1928 to John Arthur and Minnie Ola (Barker) Cochran. She died at home on January 1, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She worked as a bookkeeper/ accountant at Local Federal and at MetroChurch before her retirement. Her deeply held beliefs and practices led her to a lifetime of intercessory prayer for others. Her first love was her Lord, followed by her family, who will remember her with much love.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Arthur and Ola Cochran, her brothers, John Cochran and Clarence Cochran, her sisters, Floy Houck and Wanda Rountree, and the father of her sons, Miles Hall, Jr. Survivors include: her four sons and three daughters-in-law, Miles and Kim Hall, Wilmington, MA, Terry and Lynnette Hall, Choctaw, Dan and Donna Hall, Oklahoma City, and Bruce Hall, Oklahoma City; eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
