Harold Dean Bowerman

Harold D. Bowerman passed away peacefully at home on December 8, 2024. He is proceeded in death by his wife Velta Bowerman, father Marvin Bowerman, mother Joe Annie (Thomas) Bowerman, and sister Judy House. 

Harold was born in Tishomingo, Oklahoma and was raised in Seminole. He joined the Navy in 1956 and returned home in 1960 to start a family. He retired from Western Electric, later Lucent, after a lengthy career in telecommunications. Harold loved the lake life, sports, gardening and hanging out with family and friends. 

Harold is survived by his sister Anita Jones and husband David, daughter Cristi and husband Gary, son Carl and wife Melissa, grandsons Seth and wife Cara, Brett and wife Katie, great grandchildren Baker and Clementine. Stepdaughter Heather Bratcher and husband Jeff and family. He will be remembered and missed by all. 

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
