Earl Wayman Thomas

Earl Wayman Thomas of Yukon was called home to Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 22nd, 2023.

Earl was born to Wayman and Edna Thomas in November of 1934. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1952 as an Engineman. He married Mildred in October of 1960, and together raised four children, Cindy, Doug, Millie, and Theresa.

Earl was a shop manager/diesel mechanic in the trucking industry. The last few years of his career he was Chief of Rebuild at Waggoners Trucking. In his retirement, Earl loved working on cars, fishing, going on cruises, and most of all, spending time with his wife, his children, and grandchildren.

Earl is preceded in death by his father Wayman, his mother Edna, and his sister Mary. Earl is survived by his wife Mildred, his daughter Cindy and her husband Tom of Yukon, his son Doug and his wife Joyce of Bethany, his daughter Millie and her husband Bobby of Yukon, and his daughter Theresa and her husband James of Mustang. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
