Donna Marie (Countryman) Bay

Donna Marie Countryman, 66, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on August 25, 2021. Donna was born in Baltimore, Maryland on January 24, 1955, to Bobbie Lee Countryman & Rose Marie Countryman.

Donna graduated from John Marshall High School in Oklahoma City in 1973; she later met another John Marshall Alumni, Robert Lee Bay, whom she later married, in 1974. They chose to stay in Oklahoma City,  and later welcomed a daughter, Leann Marie Bay. In 1978, they went to Germany for a four year deployment for Robert; she came back home after a year to be closer to family.

Donna loved her family and had a deep relationship with God. She enjoyed spending her free time with her family, and going shopping with her mother, sisters, and daughter. She was an active member of the Saint Eugene Catholic Church & guilds, as well as a volunteer for Saint Vincent DePaul Society. She had a wonderful sense of humor, and was also an avid collector of Angels.

Donna is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Bay, daughter Leann Marie Bay, grandsons Christopher Robert Carver & Nathan Alexander Carver, three great-grandsons, four siblings & their spouses, along with a slew of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents Bob & Rose Countryman, and her grandson, Jordan Andrew Bay.
