Darris Dewayne Watts, 56, of Midwest City, passed away on Thursday, March 3rd, 2022, at 8:08pm unexpectedly in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Darris was born on April 8th, 1965, in Midwest City, Oklahoma and was a lifelong area resident. He worked as a custodian for the Dale Rogers Training Center for the past 11 years. Darris was very passionate about his family, living together with his mother and sister his whole life up to the time of their passing. He was also very caring toward his friends, co-workers as well as his close friend and roommate, Tim. Darris’ favorite hobbies were fishing and travel. He collected fun things like bouncy balls and Hot Wheels cars to go along with his notable sense of humor. Family history and memorabilia was very dear to him as he kept a collection of their information close at hand.
He is survived by his aunts Elizabeth Williams and Vicki Norman, Cousins, Dennis Montgomery, Jeannie Jones, Vivian Carpenter, and Timothy Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Patricia Watts, and sister Mara Watts.
Darris has been cremated and will be buried with his family at Dale Cemetery in Dale, Oklahoma.
