Cook, Christopher Patrick, 52, died January 26, 2019 after a long hard-fought battle with kidney cancer,
There will be a Memorial Service 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Dunlap Codding Law Offices, 609 W. Sheridan Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Wendy Loyd-Cook was Chris’ beloved wife and soulmate. Gerald Lin and Barbara Ann Cook were his parents. He was born in Guymon, Oklahoma. He had two siblings: Jared Cook and Kaci Durham. He attended Putnam City High School and attended several hours of college.
Chris was a devoted husband and “doggie daddy”, a loving son, brother, and uncle, a loyal and trusted friend, a true Renaissance man; a computer graphic designer, a website designer, a professional photographer, a talented artist, a soldier, a proud Scotsman, a skilled home chef, an award-winning film maker and a Halloween enthusiast. He loved camping in his Airstream trailer, restoring his old house, collecting antiques with his wife, entertaining and spending time with his family and friends, floating in the pool and playing with his dogs. He was loved by many and will be missed.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to Chris and Wendy’s favorite dog rescue, OK Save a Dog Society. http://www.oksaveadog.org
