Charlotte Anne (Dexter) Harris
December 2, 1962 — June 4, 2016
Charlotte Anne Harris was born on December 2, 1962 in Waco, Texas to Theodore Sr. and Katherine Dexter. She graduated from Midwest City High School in 1980 and concurrently graduated from Mid-Del Vo-Tech with a certificate in Cosmetology. She married Scott Gable, her high school friend and sheet metal mechanic for Tinker AFB on April 25th, 1981 and had two children. Charlotte was a hairdresser until the early 1990’s when she decided to stay home with her children. Scott Gable became ill and passed away in 2005. In 2009, she reconnected with Keith Harris, a high school friend of both Scott and Charlotte and married him on March 7th, 2012.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her mother, father and two brothers, Theodore Jr. and Kenneth Dexter.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Harris of Del City, Oklahoma, her son, Keith Gable, of Richmond, California and her daughter, Krystal Pinson, of Owasso, Oklahoma.
Charlotte passed on at the age of 53 at her home in Del City, Oklahoma on June 4th, 2016.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 10, 2016 at OK Cremation and Funeral Home, 2415 N. Walnut Ave, Oklahoma City from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
