Ashley Nichole Cook

Ashley Nichole Cook was born on April 16th, 1992, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Kelly and Gary. She passed away on January 13th, 2022.

She was a wonderful mom to two boys, Braylen and Sawyer.

She is preceded in death by her brother Corey Allen Cook, grandparents, Ruth and Jim Wilson, Henry and Juanita Cook, uncles Robert Todd Clark and Thomas Woodrow Clark.

She is survived by her sons Braylen Cook and Sawyer Lewis, Father Gary Cook, Mother Kelly Bozeman, stepfather Roy Bozeman, Jr. and her siblings Brandon Cook, Megan Cook, Chelsea Cook, Justin Bozeman, and Tasha Bozeman, two nieces, three nephews, several other family members and friends that loved her dearly.
